Roger received notification that he is an exhibitor at the 2010 Cantigny Art Festival held on June 19 and 20 at the beautiful Cantigny Park in Wheaton, Illinois. 130 artists gather on Father’s Day weekend at Cantigny Park, one of the most beautiful settings in greater Chicagoland. I am looking forward to this event.

New images will be on exhibit at Positive Strokes Gallery from April 1 to April 30, 2010. A reception is scheduled to be held on April 9th from 6:30 to 9:00 PM at the gallery.

Just a reminder that the Evanston Art Center Winter Fine Arts and Crafts Expo runs through December 22nd. I have a number of small prints in this show. The Evanston Arts Center is located on Sheridan Road and Central Street in Evanston just North of the Lighthouse. There are some really great gift ideas for the holidays at this gallery show.

We are proud to announce our 24/8/24 New Life Portrait Program for families with children between the ages of birth to 24 months. Here is how it works:

We photograph your newborn up to 4 times per year over 2 years for a total of 8 sittings. We never charge a sitting fee for these shoots, not ever. We also have no minimum purchase package. We only ask that you purchase the photographs you love and want to keep as cherished memories of this time in your baby’s life. It is that simple, really. No fees, no minimum requirements, no kidding!

My baby is already a year old, you ask. May I join the program too? Of course. We prorate the time and number of shoots in three month segments. For a year old baby you are entitled to 4 shoots, no fees, no minimum purchase requirements, no kidding. If you have a 6 month old infant your package would prorate to 2 shoots in the first year and 4 in the second year of life. The program is so simple it is hard to imagine it is true. I will be exhibiting 40 new images at the Elgin Art Showcase on December 12 and 13, 2009.  Admission is free.  The Elgin Symphony Orchestra will be performing Dances from the Nutcracker Ballet in the performance area of the showcase at the same time.
